The Simms Community Impact Foundation is looking for compassionate English-speaking care workers to support elderly individuals living in Valencia.

We are building a caring community for people who need support at home, particularly English-speaking seniors who may struggle to access local care services.

About the role

You will provide personalised support in a private home environment, helping with daily routines and offering companionship and care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and social interaction
• Assistance with daily routines
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Mobility support
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Candidate requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English (essential)
• Experienced in elderly care or support work
• Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently in private homes
• Legally able to work locally in Spain
• Available for part-time or full-time schedules (flexible)
